About Me
Hello! My name is Ella Rimon. I am the owner and primary caregiver at Ella's Day Care.
I have been caring for children for over 24 years and I'm a mother of 2 kids. I am a
certified teacher, and CPR and First Aid certified. I have also completed the
state nutrition guidelines training and state licensing orientation program.
This Day Care is a State and City licensed home daycare. I meet with safety, health, and
nutritional standards. Taking care of children is my choice of profession. I enjoy caring
for kids and watching them grow and form friendships with other children in my care.
My Mission is to provide excellent yet affordable care.
I will treat each child equally and the same as if they were my own.
My Philosophy
I believe that all children deserve love, attention, and nurturing. I believe that a safe
and comfortable environment allows children to explore and grow. At Ella's Day Care,
we encourage children to have hands-on learning experiences which fosters age
appropriate development. Our aim is to help your child feel confident with him/herself
as a person, feel comfortable in relating his/her needs and feelings to others, and to
have positive self-concepts and self-esteem about his/her ability to function. We use
positive reinforcements in all aspects. We create an environment that nurture and
bring your child's full potential and still encourage freedom of choice. Most importantly
I want the children to be happy coming to our day care!!!
